My current key word is Humanology. (Italiano)I believe in conscious leadership and in the development of the soft skills of the future, as they are critical to maintain our humanity in spite of the new technologies. This would allow to create effective, dynamic and aligned relationships, so complex projects can be realized together, with exponential results. Human-centered business generates value at both financial and human levels.I’m passionate about creating a safe environment in teams and organizations, where failing, reflection and partnership are possible. I believe it is important to strengthen a leader’s ability to leverage the power of diversity to harness the team’s creative energy and accelerate business and organizational growth.

How am I qualified?

Leadership and Team Coach, I am specialized in leadership development, future soft skills training and teams dynamics.
I worked at Jahanvi India, in India, at APP Sinar Mas, in Indonesia and at Eurotrade srl, in Italy for many years.
I was an entrepreneur and a management and sales consultant, and today I combine these work and life experiences with the rigour of Physics, the discoveries in Neuroscience, the strength of the Emotional Intelligence and the humanity of Coaching
I have a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Biophysics and Robotics, member of ICF Global, Inner Game Coach (Tim Gallwey), and Facilitator of Quantum System Dynamics Leadership (Danah Zohar Oxford, UK) .
I am also a Founding Partner at Aware2Be Coaching for Medical Coaching projects.
